Lab appointment note
Appointments are strictly required for laboratory services. Bring your doctor's lab order and photo ID. Cash, check, and card are accepted for lab services, and insurance is not billed for lab services.

Birth and Death Certificate Fees

Other Program Costs
Women's Wellness
Well Women services are offered once a month by appointment, and a sliding fee scale applies. Missouri Medicaid is also accepted for applicable services.
CPR Certification
Standard public community sessions typically cost around $50, though pricing may vary by certification track or materials required. Licensed foster family parents should call for pricing.
Class sizes are capped and mandatory registration is required. Credentials are valid for two years after successful completion.
Environmental Health
Fees may apply for environmental health services such as rabies testing consultation or permit-related services. Call the office for current requirements.
The Basic Food Handler class provides fundamental food safety training and an exam for $20 per person.
WIC
WIC benefits are available to eligible participants through the Missouri WIC program.
